Refund & Returns Policy – Addictions by Kitch Witch (Bangkok)

We cook everything fresh just for you the moment you order, so we can’t accept cancellations or refunds once preparation has started. But if anything ever goes wrong, we will always make it right — no stress, no drama ♡

We’re happy to refund, remake, or give store credit if:

• You received the wrong items
• Something is missing from your order
• The food arrived cold, spilled, or not in good condition
• We made a mistake with your allergy or special request

We usually cannot offer refunds if:

• You simply changed your mind or don’t like the taste (taste is personal!)
• You ordered the wrong item by mistake
• More than 25% of the food has already been eaten

Delivery partner cancelled? If the rider couldn’t reach you after trying to call, unfortunately we can’t refund (but we’ll always try to help anyway).

Complimentary items & condiments Little free extras (plastic cutlery, chili sauce, etc.) are courtesy only — we can’t give refunds if they’re missing, but we’ll remind the team!
