Because all items are freshly prepared perishable food, general returns are not accepted.

We only offer remedies for clear errors on our side (wrong/missing items, quality issues, allergy mistakes) when contacted within 30 minutes of delivery/pickup. เพราะอาหารทุกจานเป็นอาหารสดที่เตรียมใหม่ เราจึงไม่รับคืนสินค้าทั่วไป เราจะแก้ไขเฉพาะกรณีที่ผิดพลาดจากทางร้านเท่านั้น (อาหารผิด/ขาด/คุณภาพไม่ดี/ผิดเรื่องแพ้) หากแจ้งภายใน 30 นาทีหลังได้รับอาหาร

We cook everything fresh just for you the moment you order, so we can’t accept cancellations or refunds once preparation has started. But if anything ever goes wrong, we will always make it right — no stress, no drama ♡ เราเตรียมอาหารสดใหม่ทุกจานทันทีที่คุณสั่ง จึงไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินได้เมื่อเริ่มทำอาหารแล้วค่ะ แต่ถ้ามีอะไรผิดพลาด เราจะรีบแก้ให้คุณอย่างเต็มที่ ไม่มีดราม่าแน่นอน ♡

We’re happy to refund, remake, or give store credit if: เรายินดีคืนเงิน ทำใหม่ให้ฟรี หรือให้เป็นเครดิตหน้าร้าน ในกรณีเหล่านี้

  • You received the wrong items / ได้อาหารผิดจากที่สั่ง
  • Something is missing from your order / ขาดรายการอาหาร
  • The food arrived cold, spilled, or not in good condition / อาหารมาถึงเย็น หกเลอะ หรือสภาพไม่ดี
  • We made a mistake with your allergy or special request / เราใส่วัตถุดิบที่คุณแจ้งแพ้หรือขอไม่ใส่

→ Just call or message us within 30 minutes of delivery/pick-up: → กรุณาแจ้งเราภายใน 30 นาทีหลังได้รับอาหารนะคะ

We usually cannot offer refunds if: กรณีที่ปกติเราไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้

  • You simply changed your mind or don’t like the taste (taste is personal!) / เปลี่ยนใจหรือไม่ถูกปาก (เรื่องรสชาติเป็นเรื่องส่วนตัวนะคะ ♡)
  • You ordered the wrong item by mistake / สั่งผิดเอง
  • More than 25% of the food has already been eaten / รับประทานไปแล้วเกิน 25%

Delivery partner cancelled? If the rider couldn’t reach you after trying to call, unfortunately we can’t refund (but we’ll always try to help anyway). ถ้าไรเดอร์ยกเลิกการส่ง หากไรเดอร์โทรแล้วติดต่อคุณไม่ได้ เราอาจไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ค่ะ (แต่เราจะพยายามช่วยเหลือเต็มที่อยู่แล้ว)

Complimentary items & condiments (plastic cutlery, chili sauce, etc.) are courtesy only — we can’t give refunds if they’re missing, but we’ll remind the team! ของขวัญเล็ก ๆ น้อย ๆ เช่น ช้อนส้อมพลาสติก ซอสพริก น้ำจิ้ม ที่แถมให้ ถ้าลืมใส่เราไม่สามารถคืนเงินหรือลดราคาได้ แต่จะเตือนทีมให้ใส่ให้ครบทุกครั้งหน้าค่ะ
